1. Lingjie has revolutionized the traditional design concept of clean booths. The mini-clean unit adopts a modular integrated design concept. This structure is similar to the SMIF form, with various independent clean areas. The only difference lies in its transmission method, which is not through a connecting arm but through personnel operating outside the enclosed clean room. It has an independent air-conditioning and return air system. The advantages of this form are easy elastic spacing and with low construction cost. Compared with traditional civil-constructed clean rooms, the cost is greatly reduced.
2. It provides a clean vertical air flow to maintain the indoor cleanliness level.
3. It adopts independent fine-efficiency air filters or ultra-fine-efficiency air filters, combined with FFU fan units to form a high-level clean space. A standard 10'×10' clean booth can be installed in just a few hours and is even more convenient to disassemble.
4. The bracket type can increase the number of FFUs, and the internal cleanliness level of the clean booth can reach Class 100-100000.
5. It is used in areas within the workshop that require a relatively high level of purification, such as assembly line work areas and assembly areas for high-precision products.
